Friday 27th
August. yes, sat back here in the posh hotel (the barmen know me well now!) and have managed (shock, horror) I think to post the video of my experience on Wednesday with the whaleshark. Have also managed in the last two days to skype and chat with Chris, Megs, Jono, Jacky and Sarah & Mark which I have to say really makes me smile and feel less isolated. And thanks for all your emails as well, they are great to read and really enjoy hearing about your news aswell so keep them coming! I hear that it is raining lots back home, so just to make you feel better, I got absolutely drenched on the trek here (walking in shorts and teeshirt as still very hot and humid). nicely dried out now in bar, but rains have started again, so going to audition for the wet tee-shirt competition when I get back to base. xx
